...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM FRIDAY TO
NOON CST SATURDAY...
* WHAT...Rain will change to snow during the late afternoon and
early evening hours of Friday and will continue into Saturday
morning. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are expected.
There may be locally higher amounts of snowfall. Winds gusting
as high as 35 mph will cause blowing and drifting of snow.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas.
* WHEN...From 6 PM Friday to noon CST Saturday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Difficult travel conditions are likely with
slick roads and poor visibility from the snow and blowing snow.
